This vintage 1975 Avon "Wise Guy" owl brooch is gold tone with cute googly eyes that move and a dangly chain link tail. The brooch measures 1 7/8" x 1 1/8" (4.8 x 2.8 cm) and is in excellent vintage condition. The eyes move freely and work well. The back of the brooch is signed Avon, and the pin mechanism works well. Charming!
