Needle Felted Sheltie Necklace Felt Wool Sheltland Sheepdog Bib Necklace

I love Shelties and enjoy needle felting so it was only a matter of time before this needle felted Sheltie bib necklace had to be made. I used soft teal blue felt for the base and quality wool roving sourced from small northeastern U.S. farms. The felted portion measures 4 1/2" x 2" and the necklace cord has a lobster claw clasp with an adjustable extender, allowing it to be worn at lengths from about 20" up to 22".
